Stop managing every vendor yourself.

Choose capacity for up to three or up to six recurring vendors. We handle scheduling, access, follow-up, and records while you keep approval over meaningful changes. Both levels are month to month.

Less administration. Better continuity.

The value is not another vendor list. It’s having one person hold the details across recurring visits, so scheduling, access, follow-up, and records don’t keep landing back on you.

Your calendar stays lighter

Cadence, timing, access, and ordinary scheduling changes are handled without making you the dispatcher for your home.

Vendors have context

Each relationship has a current brief with the property details, history, and scope needed for a better handoff.

Open loops get closed

Unanswered questions, missing invoices, and warranty paperwork are tracked and followed up until they have an outcome.

Spending stays visible

We keep recurring services connected to the Home Plan so changes in scope or cost come to you with context.

Choose what you want off your plate.

Hand over the recurring relationships that create the most administration. Keep the ones you prefer to run yourself.

Outdoor and seasonal

Lawn and landscape care, snow removal, gutter and exterior maintenance, and the seasonal services that cluster around a short working window here.

Systems and safety

HVAC maintenance, chimney service, pest control, and the recurring specialist visits that are easy to defer until the season makes them urgent.

Household and property

House cleaning, pool service, handyman support, and other predictable relationships that generate steady scheduling and communication.

Choose the capacity that fits your home.

Both Vendor Management levels include Home Care and the Home Plan. The difference is how many recurring relationships you want us to carry.

  1. Up to three recurring vendors

The right capacity for the few relationships creating the most administration.

    $595 per month

Includes Home Care, the Home Plan, and management of up to three recurring vendors.

Choose the recurring providers creating the most scheduling, access, communication, and follow-up work.

We keep the cadence, context, scheduling, records, and ordinary follow-up connected for the providers you hand over.

This is the right level when

    • A few recurring providers create most of the administration
    • Scheduling, access, and follow-up keep reaching you
    • You are the one chasing providers when communication stalls
    Schedule an intro call
  2. Up to six recurring vendors

More reserved capacity for a broader recurring provider roster.

    $995 per month

Includes Home Care, the Home Plan, and management of up to six recurring vendors.

For homes with more recurring relationships that need steady coordination across the month.

We carry the same provider management responsibilities with capacity for a larger group of recurring relationships.

This is the right level when

    • Your home depends on more than three recurring providers
    • Seasonal and year-round vendor schedules overlap
    • More provider relationships create ongoing records and follow-up

Keep every vendor on the same page.

Hand over the recurring provider relationships you no longer want to manage. We keep the cadence, context, scheduling, records, and ordinary follow-up connected for the providers we agree to manage.

Scope and cadence

We keep the service scope and schedule current, and check that it still fits what the property needs.

Context and access

Property details, equipment specifics, entry arrangements, and the history a vendor needs stay connected.

Communication and approvals

Ordinary back-and-forth, scheduling changes, and routine approvals are handled inside the agreed scope. Anything meaningful comes to you.

Records and follow-up

Completed work, invoices, warranties, and service notes are recorded. Open items are tracked until they close.

A few things you may be wondering.

How both capacity levels work, what stays with your vendors, and when Home Care alone is enough.

Do I have to change providers?

No, and we would usually rather you didn’t. A provider who knows your property and does good work is worth keeping. We take over the administration around the relationship. If one is genuinely not working, we’ll say so and help you look at alternatives, but replacing people is not the point of this.

How many providers can you manage?

The $595 monthly level includes up to 3 managed recurring providers. The $995 monthly level includes up to 6. Count is the public guide, but a high-friction provider can use much more management time than an ordinary one, so we confirm that the relationships fit the allowance before you join.

What counts as a managed provider?

A provider counts when we take continuing responsibility for the relationship, including the cadence, property context, scheduling, ordinary approvals, follow-up, and records. Simply having a provider listed in your property record doesn’t count.

What if a provider stops responding?

We keep the item open, escalate through whatever channels the relationship gives us, and bring you options if it’s not recoverable. We can’t force anyone to call back. What changes is that we handle the follow-up, reminders, and eventual decision to move on.

What does Vendor Management cost?

$595 per month for up to 3 managed recurring vendors, or $995 per month for up to 6. Both include Home Care.

Perchford Testimonial

I didn’t need another project or another person to call. I needed someone to see the whole home, tell me what mattered now, and keep the right work moving. Now I spend less time chasing providers, have more confidence in each decision, and our home is easier to own.
