A review is only worth paying for if it produces decisions and a record. Otherwise you’re buying an hour of someone’s time and hoping.

What actually happens in a quarterly review.

  1. Before

You get a time and an agenda

You know what the review will cover, which decisions are waiting on you, and roughly how long it takes. Nothing is a surprise.

  2. During

    What changed gets reconciled

Completed work, open items, and anything that no longer matters are settled against the plan rather than carried forward by default.

  3. During

The decisions in front of you get resolved

Approvals, scope questions, and provider choices are worked through together, with the context needed to decide.

  4. After

The record and the plan update

Priorities, records, warranties, and the next ninety days land in the property record, summarized in a short Quarterly Home Brief.

  5. After

    One defined action moves

Each quarter includes one management action that pushes approved work forward. Anything beyond the agreed scope gets discussed before it starts.

A quarterly review is a management review, not an inspection, a technical evaluation, or a maintenance appointment. Outside providers perform and warrant the technical work.
